Updating the 'Recently Added' Time Frame

By default, a contact added to a relationship map is highlighted in green for one day (24 hours) - as shown in the example below.

Note: Users can switch off the highlighting using the Recently Added toggle.

This default time frame can be updated to two or more days if required.

1. In Setup, go to Custom Settings.

2. Click Manage beside Altify Relationship Settings.

3. Click Edit.

4. Enter the new value for the setting Recently Added Timeframe.

   This setting accommodates decimalization, e.g. ‘2.5’ for two and a half days (60 hours).

5. Click Save.
